With Christmas now at hand there is a display in the Treasure Room of Widener Library, appropriate to the season. This collection consists of a number of different sorts of volumes of Christmas Carols, Songs, stories, and so forth. One of the two show-cases is quite resplendent with the characteristic bright reds, blues, and golds of illuminated manuscripts, many of which illustrate typical Christmas scenes such as the nativity. While the pool in the new gymnasium will not be completed before March 1, in all probability, the national intercollegiate meet is to be held there on March 28 and 29. Eighteen colleges participated in this meet last season at St. Louis, but a larger entry list is expected this year since it is to take place in the East. Inasmuch as Freshmen are not eligible for this meet, it is unlikely that the Crimson will enter any competitors before next season...

...tomorrow night at 8 o'clock at the Commonwealth Armory, the second University polo team is to meet Battery A in the first official game of the Boston indoor league. This is only the second game that the Harvard team has had this season, the other being an exhibition game with the 51st Brigade last Saturday, which the Harvard team won by a 10 1-2 to 6 score...
