FROM the Forest and Stream we learn that the National Rifle Association has offered to make any rifle club in the country an auxiliary, as it were, of the Association, in return for an annual payment of twenty-five dollars. This sum will secure to the club who pays it the right to send some of its members to the annual matches at Creedmoor, to receive a bronze medal from the Association to be competed for by the different members of the club, and several other like privileges.
