Appearances so far indicate that this year there probably will be a record number of applications as already a total of 3,426 has been received from the University out of a possible 5,000 and many more are expected during the rush of the last few days. These figures are inclusive of the members of the graduate schools as well as the undergraduates but do not include applications from members of the Faculty as the latter are classed under the head of graduate applicants...
