When Kathleen McCartney, dean of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, first heard "Take the Stage," she was brought to tears. The song, written by 2010 GSE graduates Kenneth R. Offricht and Leigh E. Jansson, will be the school's first alma mater and was performed by The Harmonicas, the school's a cappella group, at the Commencement ceremony today.
