...this house on Monday evening, is a clever adaptation by Mr. B. E. Woolf of a French comedy called "Les Faux Bonshommes." The piece is amusing and bright, and is well acted by the Museum company. Mr. Warren comes first with his impersonation of Peponet, a rich old man with two daughters, whom he wishes to marry as advantageously as possible. The plot of the piece turns on the complications which arise with their suitors. Mr. Barron fills the part of Edgard satisfactorily, and Mr. Wilson, as Bassecourt, is excellent.
