However, the present totals, though encouraging, are nevertheless misleading, for the donations to date represent only 15 per cent. of the fund "prospects" from the Greater Boston District. This means that there are still 9000 men in the district who have not yet been called on, considerable delay having been caused by incomplete address lists.
