...freshmen in regard to the adoption of the athletic regulations proposed by Harvard is favorable, though as yet indecisive. There seems to be some misunderstanding of the purpose of their enactment. The acceptance of the regulations this year will bind neither Harvard, '93, nor Yale, '93.
