Harvard had to wait almost six minutes to tie the score. With Friar Dan Haskins off for tripping, the icemen's deliberate, checkerboard passing eventually found McDonald alone five feet in front of the net. The newcomer responded with his first goal of the year, with assists going to pointmen Jim Trainor and Bob Leckie...

...THERE WERE such a thing as a death wish for albums, this one would have it--it is a record that fairly thumbs its nose at the Intelligent Rock Listener, inside and out. ...amorphous atmosphere of Night Moves, Moseby's inability to finish anything off makes sense. It's night that's moving--an inexplicable rumbling in the distance, and Moseby's delusion is that he's moving a knight in a chess game, check, check, check. But in fact the checkerboard is a great swarm, with no one heading anywhere. Moseby hasn't got a chance of wrestling this free-for-all into the neat conformity he likes: once his blocks are set up, the whole construct just tumbles down again...
