Usage:

During the registration today an opportunity will be given for everybody to obtain a ticket for the parade. Although every effort has been made by the Class Day Committee to continue the old custom of wearing caps and gowns in the class of 1908, only about fifty men have had the courage to wear them. Such a deplorable lack of interest has been manifested in this old tradition, that many Seniors have even neglected to be measured for their gowns. In order that the class of 1908 may uphold the example of former graduating classes, it is absolutely necessary that every Senior procure his cap and gown at once and wear them.
