...matter of handicaps was next discussed, and it was decided to begin by handicapping the bicycle race. Consequently, all who intend competing for the bicycle prize in the University Games on November 2 will find it to their interest to be on hand the previous Saturday. The Editor of our "Sporting Column" has offered a prize fully as handsome as the one given last May, for the Winner in this sport.
